Staff at the Virginia Living Museum report that the first Journey North tulips planted in the museum's Children's Learning Garden bloomed today. The emergence dates and bloom date this year match the dates from last year. Our Children's Learning Garden began with the planting of Journey North tulips in the fall of 1998.
