20 out of 30 Red Emperor Tulips have emerged. We have had extremely warm weather since last Thursday. The soil temperature last Friday, March 23 was 32 degrees F. Today's soil temperature is 40 degrees. The soil temperature has risen by 4 degrees each of the last two days. We also observed that the pussy willows have emerged too.
