After returning from Spring Break we found that our tulips had begun to bloom. We have three separate raised tulip beds that measure 8' x 4' each. Our three 5th grade classes each planted their tulips in their class's tulip bed. We have approximately 70 tulips planted and as of today we have 10 tulips blooming as of March 26th. By March 28 almost all of the 70 tulips have bloomed. We also have two more raised beds that we planted daffodils in. These are also blooming also. Our weather is very summer-like as we are having daily showers and temperatures close to 80 degrees. We have global partners that we are watching closely and have predicted their blooming dates. We are really watching Anchorage Alaska closely and your temperatures have been very cold. Good luck to all of the schools and we're watching all of your reports.
