Male Robin feeding on High Bush Cranberries (in my backyard.....very bird friendly) approx. 10:00 AM. Calm ,sunny chilly 3 degrees Celcius.This particular bird was not singing at the time.I have since seen and heard many more Robins in my yard and during my walks.The weather as of late has been quite nice the past week averaging 6-8 C. and 16 -18 C this weekend. with sunny skies and light winds.
As a note ,I have a Robin shelf on the house next to my pergola which has been used (although I cannot say by the same pair,and doubtfully so)for the past 3 years.
