I have some milkweed (the one with orange and yellow flowers) that volunteered in a flowerbed. While I was working in the flowerbed, I discovered 2 monarch caterpiilars. They are approximately 1-1/2 inches long. I assume that very soon they will form chrysalis's and make their wonderful transformation. I have taken photos and am watching and waiting.
