We have had crazy weather here in the last three weeks - torrential rains, snow, hails and sunshine. We even had a snowfall on April Fool's Day so the students were worried that the tulips wouldn't bloom. We predicted that they might bloom for Easter (April 8) but after looking at them we thought they were too small so we adjusted our predicition to two weeks later.
Lo and behold - we got an Easter surprise - they began blooming on Easter day - all but 5 which appeared to have rotted. What an Easter treat!
