The snow FINALLY melted today and I discovered tulips had already emerged and grown about 6 cm tall. Technically I should not report on these tulips because they were planted in the fall of 2005, not last fall. However, I missed the chance to plant last fall and since I've been planting JN gardens since 1994 I didn't want to miss this year.
