Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 04/20/2007

Number: 1

I put the feeder out yesterday morning (should have put it out earlier). They must have been here already because I saw the first one feeding this morning at 10:55 a.m. The weather will be above 50 today for the first time in 2 weeks. We had high wind warnings all last weekend so I had to put all of my feeders and "blowable" yard objects away until Tuesday. The hummers must have found shelter in the abundance of pine trees in the area.
