I have had my feeders up for a couple of weeks and this eve. about 6:45 I spotted my first male hummer at the feeder. The funny story - our daughter had just called to see if we had seen a hummer yet and she reported that she had seen that they had already reached PA. Of course our response was no and just at that time I looked out at our feeder and a little male hummer came in. Our daughter lives a few miles away and each year we want to see the FIRST hummer. We were the first this year.
