Tulips BLOOMED

Date: 04/26/2007

Number: 1

Seven of our 20 tulip bulbs have produced flowers - that are blooming. The deer ravaged our garden. These brave 7 are missing the tops of each of their petals. The rest of this year's planting are just stumps.
Only one of the 6 or 7 previous year's plantings has managed to evade the deer. This was the most deer damage that we have ever experienced.
However, we are enjoying the bright red blooms that we do have!
