We checked last week towards the end of the week, hoping that the warming trend might have pushed the blooms, but we still only had a few hard buds. We checked and recorded the long range forcast, which called for a warming trend with some rain and and a warm bright Sunday!!
Many (including me) thought they'd be out by Monday for sure but no ..... the buds showed good promise but no flower yet! Finally Tuesday around lunch the first 2 opened themselves to the world - what a welcome sight!!
