Yesterday I was blessed with the return of my Barn Swallows. When we first moved here y summers ago, we had a pair nesting on our security light on our front porch. They returned the following year but last year they were nowhere to be seen. This year they have returned and I am thrilled. I sit on my porch and they swoop into the nest and then peer down at me, chatting away!
