Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 05/06/2007

Number: 1

When I spotted a brightly colored male hovering at the branch where the feeder hung all last summer, I quickly made a batch of hummingbird "nectar". Could it be the same bird as last season (since there is nothing else to attract a bird to that area) ?? The minute I hung the feeder, he was there to take a nice long drink!
