my nephew , Alan Armstrong,8 years old , had a field trip to the point beach energy center with his school and on the trip there he saw a monarch. Alan has been helping me raise monarchs and other butterflies and moths for many of his 8 years. He also saw another monarch on the way back to school after the field trip. his class is raising painted lady butterflies in their classroom.
