I suspected my first visitor of the 2007 Season had flown by the kitchen window around 2:40PM on Sunday May 6, 2007 before I headed out to my Dad's house for dinner. A little after 3:00PM my Mom saw a Hummingbird drinking from the feeder for at least 2 minutes straight! I'd just missed it.

I finally got to see both a Male and Female Ruby-throated Hummingbird here in the back yard Thursday May 10, 2007. What a wonderful day that makes! Both of the wee-winged patrons knew exactly what the feeder was and how to use it!

Oooh! Here she is! It's 8:17PM on Saturday May 12, 2007 as I type this and she's feeding from the Cuphea "Firecracker"s out on the back patio.
