We are a class of 4th graders that have been studying monarchs. We have been waiting for the first monarch to come to our town. Eight of us spotted monarchs in our yards at homes in Sauk Centre and Melrose, MN. We also saw one in our school yard by some lilac bushes. They were flying and getting nectar.
