Monarch Egg (FIRST sighted)

Date: 05/15/2007

Number: 1

One of our classmates from HFS fourth grade found our school's first egg. She found it in her garden. She brought it in and we got to look at it with a magnifying glass. It looks like a pimple! There was a big black spot and a little black spot. It is the only egg on that leaf. The leaf looks fuzzy. As soon as it hatches we'll report it.
