Alfred A reported seeing between 100 and 200 migrating American Ladies, as well as 2 Monarchs while birding Toronto Islands on Tuesday, May 15. Looks like it's going to be a big year for Vanessa!
The same day I had 2 American Ladies ovipositing on Pearly Everlasting in my yard.
