My first milkweed emergence for Spring of 2007 was noted in my flower beds ( yes, I grow it in my landscaping to feed my monarchs that we raise for eventual fall tagging of the 5th generation
- have the neighbors into it now as well, especially since the flower of the milkweed is so amazingly beautiful and fragrant...) on May 6th...most plants were up (almost instantly!) about three inches.
