This may be old news to you but the Monarch abundance around
Peterborough ( 44° 18' 04" N - 78°
20' 00" W) right now is really
quite impressive. I spent today in the field around Keene (village -
44° 14' 26" N - 78° 09' 45" W) and
must have seen at least two or three dozen
monarchs, more than I've ever seen so early in the season. Lots of
look-alike Viceroys, too.
