I work at Sleeping Giant Provincial Park (Thunder Bay
are - north shore of Lake Superior at 48° 26' 00" N
- 88° 45' 55" W - and I also live in Thunder Bay, Ontario. I have noticed the presence of adult monarch butterflies in the park and in Thunder Bay since May 28, 2007. Sleeping giant’s closest town is Pass Lake, Ontario. Today, I saw a few fluttering around the visitor centre.
