Well, I was out in the field yesterday feeding my allergies and saw another monarch, this time in Scio, Linn Co. Oregon. There is a good patch of
blooming dogbane in the vicinity but I didn't see the monarch use it for
anything. I'll keep reporting any I see all year in case someone is keeping
notes. I also saw another one (or the same one I saw on June 5th) in our
backyard in West Salem on Sunday, June 10th.
