I sighted a Monarch in our yard in Erskine, Alberta (52° 19' 16" N - 112° 52' 47" W) yesterday (28 June
2007) at 3.30 PM. It was flying north. The weather was sunny, the temperature +27 C and there was a light south wind. This is the first time that I have seen one in Erskine.


(Erskine is just off of the main highway and midway between Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta
