My children and I found a monarch on the highway. one upper wing missing, a damaged eye and a broken antena. We will take car eof it as long as we can. It cannot fly, we have placed water and fruit for it in a little garden the kids made up for it inside the house. I had no idea these butterflies could be so resiliant. I thought it would have died long ago , but its up and eager off and on, so we are just watching it, everybody is facinated to have its comapany
