Two separate sitings one day apart (July 11 and 12). On July 11, 2007 while traveling south on Interstate 75 at 4:03 pm identified 2 whooping cranes at mile marker 102. They flew directly over me across I-75 traveling North and east. the following day (July 12) I was traveling north on I-75 and spotted a single crane at mile marker 45 as it flew over me traveling south and east. Truly amazing to see them, as previously I had only observed them with Dr. Gee at Pautuxent in 1982.
