We observed and took pictures of a fall roosting in our backyard. Hundreds of Monarchs "flashed" to indicate to others that this was their overnight rest and the sight of such beautiful wings opening and closing was one I shall never forget. This is two years in a row that we have had the pleasure of the Monarchs choosing our backyard and we hope to see them again next year.
