We happily watched as six hummingbirds rest on redbud branches, swoop in and out of the trumpet vines, and drink from the glass feeders that are hanging outside our bedroom window. They arrived in June. They are very bold, and will hover right in front of your face if you are watering the garden. They are noisy, and chase each other around the yard.
