Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 09/02/2007

Number: 1

I have seen Monarchs very infrequently over the summer - - - maybe one here and there weeks apart. Yesterday I saw one nectaring on the butterfly bush for LONG periods of time during the afternoon, and then later in the day toward evening I saw four of them in about five minutes. Adairsville is right along the Southeastern "edge" of the Fall Migration path to Mexico often used by the orange beauties.
