I have planted milkweed in my yard and have found about 5 eggs on it. I have also found several eggs and larva on wild milkweed. I have raised them and so far, have released 5 eggs. My class is observing the life cycles and releasing the butterflies as they hatch. I have made about 20-30 sightings of Monarchs in my flowers at different times this summer.
