Fall of '06 we noticed Monarchs flying down the Chester River while we were boating. This began our query into Monarch migration. Consequently taking note this season, we noticed in seemingly the same characteristics as last fall, three single flying Monarch's on the Chester River, August 24, 2007, around 1-2:30 p.m.
