After the unseasonable cold overnight temp on 9/14, I didn't expect to see any more Monarchs. This morning a lone Monarch in good shape paused to nectar the zinnias. It was joined by a pipevine swallowtail. Temp in mid 80's with sunny sky and light southerly wind.
