I rarely see hummingbirds around my garden during the summer - but I do see them in September. There are at wwwwwleast two or three sightings every day. They look to be females, as they are not brigthly colored. They flit from flower to flower gathering as much as they can. Lovely to watch....happy we still have enough flowers in the garden to attract them.
