This evening I saw my first monarch overnight roosting spot. Between the hour of 6:15 - 7:15 pm I saw over 50 butterflies landing on a large oak tree. Their primary branch was about 20 feet off the ground. The sun was starting to set. A fall day and a warmer evening with a breeze.
Predicted rain overnight and tomorrow. Wow...
