We have had some exceptionally warm weather for this time of year and have noy yet had a frost. I have seen more monarchs than any other year that I can remember and I have been a butterfly lover and observer since I was little. I saw 8 monarchs soaring around and landing on some aster in the garden outside of the nursing home where my mom now lives in Falmouth. My husband said he has seen many monarchs lalely while driving around for work. He said one flew up for what must have been around 50 ft.
