Two beautiful Monarchs sighted on our butterfly bush this morning. Both vigorously taking their fill of nectar. They looked "new" ...as their wings were not at all flawed or worn and color was vibrant. One other Monarch seen today flying along in a southwesterly direction. We know where it is headed.
Temperatures this morning in the low 50's but it warmed up nicely by afternoon.. Something tells me this may be the last we see this season as fall is in the air.
