We have been observing monarchs almost every day in our school butterfly garden. Today we went out at 11:20 am and observed for 10 minutes. We only saw 4 monarchs today. It seems we are seeing fewer and fewer adults. On the otherhand, we counted 15 monarch caterpillars on the milkweed. We brought four of them into the classroom to observe their life cycle.
