I still have 6 chrysalises just near the house that I am watching. I don't know if they will develop and emerge in time to beat the really cold weather or not.
Yesterday a new male emerged and although he looks perfect he is unable to fly.
I no longer have monarchs are my remaining garden flowers and most of the golden rod that they like to nectar on have gone by.
These last few need to get on their way!
