This monarch butterfly landed on my outside plant (lantana) While it landed I took a beautiful photo of it. Later when uploading photo to computer, I saw that the butterfly had a "tag" on its wing. I have since reported to www.monarchwatch.org that I did spot a tagged monarch. What a beautiful butterfly. Although this was just one butterfly, I'm now on a watch to see if I can observe more.
