We hatched 2 monarchs in our class this year. We were so excited to watch each one emerge from the chrysalis. We released the monarchs in our schoolyard and watched them fly away. Then we checked on the map to see how far they would travel from Canada to Mexico. We are checking ever Friday to find out where monarchs have been spotted and we wonder if our monarchs are with the ones we are reading about.
