Spotted Juv. Bald Eagle at the Fishing park just below the Conowingo Dam, along the Susquehanna River in Maryland.

The bird, banded with "S 04" appeared to be a first year bird, and may be one of the first arrivals of this fall migration. The bird perched in some trees on the river side of the parking lot, and stayed there for possibly an hour. His/her presence was enjoyed by many photographers and spotters.
