A young eagle, blue banded S04 (right leg) silver band left held six photographers captive for two hours and 1000+ photos along the Susquehanna River at Conowingo Dam. Appears to be a female and may be a 2007 fledgling, if not then 2006. The most photographed eagle on the planet that day.
