Traveled up to Blue Ridge Parkway to view the Monarch Butterflies as they fly across the parkway and travel on through to South Carolina. We went up about 2:30p and counted about 30 butterflies in 25 minutes, that number was a little low as compared to this same time last year. But the butterflies we saw, appeared to be in good shape, we didn't noticed any tattered wings, they all looked healthy.
