Tulips PLANTED

Date: 10/24/2007

Number: 1

Yippee- (the tulips are happy today!) The grade 3-4 class planted their journey north tulips this morning at the seniors' home where our grandfriends live. We put them tulips in the special garden that all the residents can see from their windows. We want them to have a chance to watch spring come back to Marmora! We planted 4 clumps of tulips - 5 red emperors; 5 red emperors; 6 white emperors (our experiment); and 5 'mytery emperors'... we will watch to see which ones come up first! We thank Mrs Sam Conroy for coming to help us with our planting- pointy end up; and chubby bums down...
