I spent the last four days watching monarchs move south and west along the extreme southern tip of the DelMarVa and out across Chesapeake Bay at its mouth. Tuesday morning at around 10 AM I observed 18-20 monarch per minute passing by the south end of the northernmost island of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.
