The Pleasantville Garden Club donated 50 red emperor bulbs to Columbus Elementary School. Some members helped fourth and fifth graders plant the bulbs. We planted on a hillside that has northern exposure. It is in a courtyard that has huge windows all around the corridors. Last year we had a beautiful view of the tulips when they came up. We are hoping we have the same luck this year. It was chilly today after a lovely warm fall. It is 56 degrees F. today and overcast.
