There was a frost last night with the temperature around 30 degrees. Today was sunny with a few clouds and a nice cool breeze was blowing as we planted the tulips. The temperature was in the 50's. The soil was medium brown snd granular with a scattering of rocks throughout the dirt. The soil has good drainage with no standing water. The soil felt cool and damp.
