We planted our tulips in a raised bed near the Nature Trail at Upward Elementary School. Our Tulip Team is made up of representatives from each 3rd grade class. We have 13 members. Each student also received a tulip bulb to plant at home. We have voles in our area, so we mixed PermaTill into the soil.
