This is our 5th year to participate in this project and my students and I just love it! It is a great way to integrate science, math, reading and writing, technology,and social studies into a kindergarten curriculum. The children have a special area of their own to garden and they take such pride in it. The parents are wonderful about helping with the upkeep of our area. The children appreciate nature and are concerned with conservation!
