Signs of Fall

Date: 11/29/2007

Number: 1

Snow is now covering the ground and the lake has frozen over. Temperatures are in the minus degrees. Winds are stronger as the temperatures fluctuate. Birds are coming to the feeders more and even the flying squirrels are back to the front feeder.
Raccoons are also a problem..something unheard of in our Hamlet only a few short years ago.
Foxes too are coming into town for food scraps. The rabbits are all white now.
