The Fourth Grade Green Team planted their Red Emporer Tulips on Wednesday, November 28th 2007. We used spades and a bulb planting tool to dig our holes in the circle in front of Phelps Luck Elementary school, the place our survey found to be the best for the study. The bulb planting tool was the best. We planted 30 tulips.
